glow in the dark paint.

okay- so i've been thinking of creating a glow in the dark paint - that way, we basically can save electricity big time. especially when we were going to bed - the paint should be able to glow long enough - long enough to send us asleep. if we're worried about draught and water - isn't it a sign for us to think about amount of electricity that we use or can save?
