should we or should we not point the finger at others?
i had a chat with my dad a couple days ago about global warming (what an interesting conversation to have with a 'father'!!!) the question that he asked me was simple. 'who was responsible for this whole thing called 'global warming'?' and in an instant, i came up with an answer 'america! bush is responsible for all the cr*p that are happening right now!' but then i thought - how about if there's really NO GLOBAL WARMING? think about it this way, let's say that the earth = an apple. if we just put an apple in the corner of the room for..let's say a month - soon or later, it will rot and create nasty 'chemicals' and breed bacterias and stuff. but the point is, it will rot. couldn't it be exactly what's happening to the earth? maybe it's just the earth's time to be ruined/destroyed/gone.
actually, speaking of apple and rotten apple, i once did put an apple (the whole fruit) and orange's skins on top of the heater for..months (during a whole winter season)! because at that time i was thinking of creating an orange-scented substance (lol!) and i wanted to know what will happen to the inside of the apple (under the apple's skin) if it was dried. it took a very long time to see the result. it reached a point where the skin of the apple started to wobble and i could feel the soft but watery small areas just under the apple's skin. it smelt nice though - an apple scented room - especially when you just got into the room from outside of the house (fresh air). but then i remember i got sick and my mom threw my 'experiment' and 'analysis' away :'(
but anyway *going back to the global warming thing* - i think we should about global warming from a much broader state - is there such thing as global warming? isn't the sun just got closer to the earth - a natural revolution? isn't it just it's 'time'? who should we point our fingers to? should we even point our fingers to them?
has it got something with religion?
(i'm still thinking what exactly i meant by religion and science - i will think about this 'arguement' - maybe will post something on this topic later)
