progress update.
ah- it seems that i'm the incompetent one out of the 3 of us (the group members) - i branched out too far - off brief - tangents has been a friend of mine for a long time now. and it sucks to feel that way- i thought i'm progressing quite well- still not feeling that confident - and of course- i was putting my life on the line in every group meeting - ready to be told that it's off the brief or simply not related :D BUT! thanks to the patience of my group mates - jireh and alisa (i think they each deserve a box of chocolates!!)- they've tried so hard to put me back on track (think about lemmings!!) as it happened most of the times all the time. i simply had trouble understanding the brief :| but i've managed to break the great barrier brief (again, with the help of my group) and feel much better and somehow confident (just right) about the whole project.
and in terms of the research progress, i can safely say that it's going pretty well (good enough for me - knowing the state that i was in yesterday). i know what we're going to research on as a group (especially for the society segment - because originally, we're going to perform our researches individually about a focused topic and then share the information to the group) - as my previous blog entry have explained. we did briefly touch upon that issue when we had the meeting today and the last thing that was said about it was that we're going to look at one segment - one at a time together AS ONE PERSON - then that way we (hopefully) cover more area and instead of presenting the research with touches of individual perceptions (mind sets and opinions). we will have to consolidate, share, bring our own opinions up to the group's table about the research as ONE group (act as ONE person) that we all have to decide to agree on. (i'll have to talk a bit more about this issue with my group - any updates will be posted as soon as possible).
